Q. WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

A. Any physical address in California. Meals are shipped frozen with dry ice and should also be stored in the freezer.

Q. DO YOU DELIVER TO A P.O. BOX?
A. No, a physical address is required in order to deliver perishables.

Q. DO I HAVE TO BE HOME IN ORDER TO RECEIVE MY MEALS?
A. No. If no one is home at the time of delivery, deliverer will leave the package outside your door. However, we recommend that you pick up your package as soon as possible to prevent thawing.

Q. DOES THE DELIVERY REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
A. No.

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
A. We ship Monday-Wednesday.

Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A. 1-2 business days from shipping day (see above).

Q. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We currently only ship throughout CALIFORNIA. Meals are shipped frozen with dry ice.

Q. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE THE MEALS?
A. Meals should be stored in the freezer. If placed in the refrigerator, then meals must be eaten within 5 days. 

Q. HOW WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
A. Your order will arrive in an insulated box and shipped with dry ice to keep the meals frozen.

Q. DRY ICE INFORMATION

Ensure that children do not touch the dry ice. Do not touch the dry ice directly. All  products are shipped with dry ice. Each shipment is packed with just enough dry ice to disappear before you open your package; but if you open your package to find pieces of dry ice still remaining, don't touch the dry ice. Leave it in the box and put the box outside so that the dry ice can naturally dissipate. Do not attempt to seal the dry ice off in a jar or container, as it may cause harm. Please carefully read the dry ice warning instructions, which are included in every package. We will not be held liable for any damage caused by improper handling of dry ice material.

Q. IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
A. Our meals are packed in 100% BPA-Free, compostable trays.

Q. WHERE DO I FIND INGREDIENT AND NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION?

A. All nutritional information can be found on the label of your meal, and on each product's description within our website.

Q. I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES. HOW DO I KNOW IF I CAN EAT YOUR PRODUCTS?
A. All of our products are not made with any soy, peanuts, tree nuts (except coconut), fish, shellfish, dairy, eggs. At Lily Lunch Box we take every precaution to ensure that cross contamination of ingredients does not occur in our production facility, but please be aware that our meals are produced in shared facility. We use our own cooking utensils, pots, pans. ect. but the facility itself is not free of certain allergens. 

Q. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?
A. Yes. The Superfood Crustless Sandwich is the only product that contains wheat. Please see note above.

Q. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

A. Yes, all products do not contain any animals products including meat, eggs, or dairy.  However, the Superfood Crustless Sandwiches contain honey.

Q. ARE YOUR MEALS MADE WITH ORGANIC INGREDIENTS?
A. We only use organic ingredients. 

Q. DO YOUR MEALS HAVE PRESERVATIVES?
A. No, we do not add any preservatives to our meals.

Q. WHERE ARE THE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR EACH MEAL?
A. You can find the heating instructions on every package of our meals.
